I paid extra money to buy zero cancelation insurance - it was clearly written that I will be entitled to get ***.*% refund if i cancel the booking before ** hours. Now when i am trying to cancel my booking they are deducting Rs. **,***. The terms and conditions are not aligned - they are giving false information and fooling the customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
