I had cancelled a ticket booked on a Indigo flight *E**** which was booked for the **th of September for myself and my family for the Kochi - Bengaluru segment. We cancelled the flight due to personal reasons and the prevailing pandemic situation. MMT did not agree to provide a full refund if we went through them and instead ask us to try directly to cancel with the airline. Indigo kindly agreed cancel and to provide a full refund of Rs. **** and a mail was sent immediately to confirm the same. However for some strange reason, MMT credited only Rs. **** to me and not the full amount. Despite multiple follows up via email (no response), call center (never allows you to get to an agent and go through an endless loop of automated messages) and Twitter DM (who give the same parroted reply again and again), I have not got a refund even after almost *.* months. Point to note is that we cancelled the onward flight too (AirAsia flight I* **** booked for **th September for which a refund of Rs. **** was provided by MMT). MMT claims that the total refunded was **** plus **** but the reality is that the **** was for a different flight and **** is all that is refunded, while I should have got ****. MMT is just not budging or bothering to refund the additional amount for reasons only they know.
