This is jenish patel from gujarat i ' m one of the law abide citizen of india i am seeking help regarding the fraud is on going with make my trip mean to say they are not refunding out flight amount and i am trying to call them but there is no way i m able to CALL OR CHAT OR EMAIL THEM and resolve my query also i looked up in social media everywhere there is fraud happening from MAKEMYTRIP website there are lot of citizen who are facing this issue and everyone have field there complains but MAKEMYTRIP is not giving any response.
Kindly help me out with this as i was supposed to get full refund of ₹ ***** of GO AIR , I DID CALLED AIRLINE AND THEY HAVE REFUNDED THIS AMOUNT BUT MMT IS NOT REFUNDING MY AMOUNT SAME GOES WITH THE SPICEJET THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY AMOUNT BUT MMT HAVE REFUNDED ONLY **** INSTEAD OF ₹ *****, SO HERE I M SEEKING A HELP
