Booked a hotel through mmt for the dates **/**/****-**/**/****. When i reached the hotel, they denied me check in telling that they were fully booked. I tried contacting the mmt customer care for resolution, they told they will resolve the complaint within ** minutes and provide me with an alternate stay but they did not get back to me , i had to book an alternate hotel at a heavy price. Even after * days they did not provide any resolution and they did not even refund my booking amount, i have tried calling them multiple times over but no response from their side. Mental Agony caused and loss of money. Disgusted by their customer service
