I have spent more than * lacs in Make my trip portal, and expected the rewards as mentioned in form of MyCash in MMT wallet. I had flight booking on **nd Dec ****, and hotel booking checkout on **nd Dec ****, Now they added travel spend for Flight booking, but not for Hotel booking, which didn't reached to last milestone, whose rewards was **,***/- Mycash, and which is same as money and i can spend it for my further booking without any restriction. I have in written emails from their executive that hotel booking will be added in the last cycle itself. But after travel complete, they said, due to technical issues flight spent is added in previous cycle, but hotel spent cannot be added in previous cycle, resulting I lost my **,***/- Mycash.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
