Delhivery - Mistaken Delivery Delhivery Courier Company

Delhivery has delivered someone else's package, whose name is same as my father's name. I have been enduring a lot to get this corrected. Right from calling back the delivery executive immediately, to meeting the executive, to following his instructions to make visits to the office, to contacting corporate office, and more. I have been experiencing/suffering mental anguish due to this. And have spent more than a week now on trying to fix this.
Here is a breakdown of my loss:
