makemytrip - missing second flight due to delay in first flight

I booked international flight ticket through makemytrip website. The journey was comprised of two flights. one from Taipei to Kulalampur in Batik Air and another was from Kualalampur to kolkata in Air Asia. But the Batik Air flight was two hours late and hence I missed my second flight. I talked pesonnels from both Batik Air and Air Aisa and stated the issue. But none of them has taken any responsibility and said the they have no link up with one another. In that case makemytrip should take the responsibility. Because I booked the tickets through makemytrip. I had to take a new ticket with ***** rupees to come kolkata from kulalampur. But it was not my fault. I claim a refund of ***** rupees from makemytrip immediately.
