Gati Kwe - Missing Product

On **th June ****, the delivery for * carton boxes, * guitar and * bike was booked from Bangalore with the third party transport company named Sun City Relocations Packers and Movers. They assigned Gati Kwe for the responsible delivery. The consignment reached the destination (Burdwan) on or before **th June ****. They (Gti Kwe) called me up for taking the bike from their warehouse where I personally visited and received the bike, also checked the rest of the goods which were all perfect at that particular time. They promised to give the delivery by end of the day. But unfortunately, the delivery was not made for next * more days and top of that they stopped responding the calls. I got worried and visited their warehouse and they started giving reasons and finally came up with information that there was a robbery taken place one day back and I found out that my guitar was robbed (Worth Rs.****/-+Packaging Charge Rs.***/-).

If the delivery was made on the reaching date it would not have happened. I asked them for the penalty and they promised to give the same.

Now it is been almost two months and and they do not even respond calls. I tried reaching their customer care, I emailed them numerous times, but every time they use to say, 'we are working on the resolution'. I received the last mail from them on **th July, ****, later which I tried follow them up several times. But they are so irresponsible, I did not even get a single reply. Additionally whenever I visit their warehouse it remains shut down.

There may be miscommunication among them but why should I suffer for that. At the end of the day I should receive my product.
