GAURAV VERMA filed complaint against Myntra on Mar 30, 2019
I have ordered Roadster watch from Myntra on ** March **** whose price was Rs ****. I received the parcel on ** of the month. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got the box of the watch and the watch was missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer care executive. The lady on the phone also talked to the delivery agent and I was assured for proper redressal in * days. * days later I receive an email stating that my claim has been denied and that I will not get any refund. I have made video proof of the torn parcel and also have written assent of the delivery that the parcel was torn. I also have *-* persons as the witness who was present there during this scene.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
