Hey I ordered a watch from nykaa man but I received a empty box and i immediately contact them and complained about this but they never respond to my any complain even though now they text me back after two to three days,put me on a hold for long time not even listen to me and they simply denied for anything they are not respond and denied for this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
