I had order from Swiggy store. I had place an order for Fish and Chicken. The store person informed me that “only chicken is available at the moment and they’ll send me just one product, you can raise a complaint and get back refund for the paid order” Since it was already paid through the prepaid method, The store can not refund me. I had raised a complaint through Swiggy support. All I received was a copy paste reply.
