Purchased * mobiles ie Samsung M** and Samsung M** on **th July ****, ORDER # ***-*******-******* from Amazon.in.
Samsung M** delivery was received on **th July **** to intended location, but upon opening the package there was no mobile inside box.
Samsung M** which was received to me on **th July **** was fine and have no issues.
But when i complained to Amazon customer care , they rejected my request for refund of *****INR wrt Samsung M** saying the delivery was not tampered with.
I provided IMEI of missing mobile, my KYC, pictures of the delivery box, but still amazon claims they cant provide any refund.
I intimated seller too ie " STPL Exclusive Online" , but did not get any response till now.
Both amazon and seller cheated me by sending thick cardboard box with out mobile to make sure it passes the weight of courier.
Upon looking again at product page in amazon it was mentioned as "Sold by STPL Exclusive Online and Fulfilled by Amazon." meaning amazon already trusts this seller , so they wont initiate any action against them.
Seller clearly sent me an empty Samsung M** product box which amazon without basic checking they shipped that to me.
As a customer, i cant be liable for a fraud done by amazon.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
