I have ordered a Dell Triple Video Docking Station from Amazon on **th March **** with ORDER # ***-*******-*******.
The product got delivered on *st April and when I opened the outer package, inner original product box seal already tampered with and there is no dock(exact product)inside the box.
I placed a return as a missing item but the return pickup executive informed me that he needs to have an email confirmation as the amount is high. I contacted Amazon customer service and they placed an investigation with an update by *th April ****.
I have contacted Amazon back on *th April **** over chat and they directly denied that the product is delivered and they will not help any further. There was no investigation nor any proof that they are providing for such as I never received the product.
Requesting help in this as I can't afford to lose such value for not receiving the product.
