Laundrokart - Missing Clothes Given for Dry cleaning

I have given my clothe sfor dry cleaning and since * weeks I have been calling customer care as the order is not delivered. They are claiming that they are not able to trace my clothes and they cannot do anythign about it. Worst customer service, they are not even ready to escalate this issue.
