Priyanka Singal filed complaint against Laundrokart on Jan 30, 2022
I have given my blouse for dry cleaning on **th Oct **** to Laundrokart shop at Kasavanahalli Bengaluru. I was assured that it will be ready by *th Nov ****. When I went to the shop for collection, I found that it was torned and I asked for the reason for the same. The shop person told me not to worry as they will fix the issue in some days and I will be informed through SMS/call.
I kept chasing them for many days but no response from their side. After * months of chasing and multiple follow ups, Finally I was told that it is misplaced and they can only compensate up to Rs *** as per their policy. I bought the saree (along with blouse) for Rs ***** one year ago only and it is in mint condition (Pics attached).
I am not satisfied with their compensation and want either the same blouse or the Saree compensation as Saree is of no use to me without blouse. It is informed to them through email that I am going for Consumer court complaint.
Request you to kindly provide me justice.
