Laundrokart - Laundry spoil the blanket

I have given my white double blanket to laundrokart jp Nagar for washing on December **th when they returned it was all pink in color. When I complained they took it back and returned after ** days in the same condition saying we can't do anything now. It's more than * months now they are not responding (they don't even bother to call me every time I call them they will say give us some time and disconnect the call). So I can't use that blanket as it been spoil completely.
