Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - Misseling of Product

I have recently purchased (Aquaguard Ritz SS), while purchasing the same from Amazon it was mentioned that the model has Taste Adjuster inbuilt which means purchaser would be able to get the TDS/ Taste adjusted as per his desire but post Technician visit we came to know that no such features are available in the machine, also while purchasing from Amazon it was nowhere mentioned that we need to purchase the filter additionally while Installation and technician confirmed that without filter the warranty on product will not be applicable and we paid additionally ****/- for the Filter.
Now the machine TDS levels are getting lowered by **-** levels which are not suitable for our health and when we asked the technician to increase the same to *** level he clearly shown his inability to help in the matter and asked to get TDS Meter installed additionally for which about ***/- Charges would be there.

An ideal TDS level for drinking water is generally considered to be between **-*** mg/l, as it provides a good balance of minerals and taste, according to Ion Exchange.

I want support here from Eureka Forbes to address my issue and arrange their service engineer to change technicalities of Aquaguard Machine such that TDS of water should remain between **-*** ppm.
