Air India Air Transport Services Limited - Missed flight

Hi, Sir. My name is Biji Paul Mandapathil. Basically, I traveled from Birmingham Airport to Delhi Airport on **/**/**. I reached Delhi Airport on time at *:**am (the next day). They took so much time in Immigration. No one was there to support us, so we missed our Domestic Flight to Kochi, and we are waiting for another fight at **:**. We approached many people, but no one helped us, especially the Air Indian staff. My husband cleared Immigration early as he was on Indian passport, whereas me and the * kids I have had to go to another section for the foreign passport. Why did they ask us to collect the luggage from Delhi? That caused us so much chaos. Why is Air India service not improving? Once we are in the Airport, they should know that they are waiting for Immigration clearence. We lost our son’s hospital appointment just to see our family, and they ended up waiting for us just because of poor service. The staff are so ignorant and don’t care about anyone, especially this woman named Nisha, who is the Senior Member of the Air Indian Team. She is trying to cover up her staff. Definitely, we need compensation. Please reply to my email as soon as possible.
