I was travelling from Chicago to Vishakapatnam via Air India, the baggage was checked in perfectly with final destination as mentioned above. When I arrived in Delhi, they said that they had no clue what happened and logged a complaint, after a long strenuous time of * days with no clothes, and no proper clothes except the clothes which I had in my travel kit, I received one of the baggage, one of two. And after day * of losing my baggage, I received the other baggage where it was completely broken off the handle with items in the baggage such as gifts from the US for friends and family were completely shattered into pieces/ not in working condition anymore. When I asked the customer desk about it, they said that I have to mail their customer support and it's been almost * months after my travel from the US, and I still haven't recieved any email from them which I have a proof of saying that they will get in contact with me soon. It's been * complete months and still no resolution to my problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
