My brother booked flight from London to Nagpur on **-**-****(departure) & **-**-****(arrival) with a layover at Mumbai, the flight from London to Mumbai was however delayed, thus denying him of the connecting flight, having no other flight available for the next almost ** hours denying him his scheduled trip home for the day, he had to go thru all the hassle due to this. He couldn't even book another flight as he had luggage as planned according to international Air India limits.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
