Air India Air Transport Services Limited - Air India asking penalty for cancellation for the tickets booked on lockdown period
Saranya filed complaint against Air India Air Transport Services Limited on Apr 21, 2020
I have booked ticket Chennai to Kuwait and return in air India flight.. my tickets date was March ** , **** and return date June ****.
As per govt order, flights are not operated. Obviously my travel is canceled due to covid crisis.
I didn't travel so I asked for refund without any penalty . But they are not accepting. My tickets booked date fass under February ****. They are telling they can process full refund only for the tickets booked date falls under March ** to April *.
This is very annoying to me. Please help.
