this case about
PNR: ********** Booking Id: NH*P************

i booked hotel Krishna palace mumbai from mmt on **th may and i received confirmation mail from your side with pnr and booking confirm details

when i reached hotel they don't allow me to chekin because they already reject my booking because i use pay at hotel option which is available from your application and hotel lady manager told me that they already inform your company that they don't allow pay at checkout but i not receive any call or anything

I Called ** Times To Customer Care But They put me on hold and they only said we are working on it

i m with my pregnant wife hope you can understand situation

after so long wait i booked another hotel by myself and i talk with your toll free number i raised complain and next day i revived mail that my complain is closed without any notice or anything and your employee said me aisa hota he kabhi kabhi meance they accept this happend before this \

it's *june i called so many time again i talk with SNEHA who's senior advisor and she said she arrange call from manager but not received any call yet
