pepperfry - misrepesentation of facts

On ** september **** a queen size bed was placed for an order. The dimensions and facts which was shown on the website by pepperfry was completely wrong and leading to misrepsentation to the interset of consumer. The item delivered by the pepperfry was damaged and deficient and does not fit the dimensions of the bed. The matter of fact is the wood plank space which was shown to me was covered in the image displayed on the site while placing the order. But when i recieved my item it was completely different in reference to its size,dimensions and space. Even the part of wood plank was not there and when i complained about this thing the company representative clearly denied to help me in this matter. That it could not be replaced and repaired. Where as they clearly stated if i the item found broken, damaged or different from the facts shown in the picture. It would offer * day return polocy from date of purchase. And they even stated telephonically that return of the item is not possible. Its very saddening in the intereset of consumers leading to the exploitation of consumer to great extent.
