I made a Kerala booking with MakeMyTrip with Booking ID NL************and had requested to ammend the same due to some serious medical issue of my spouse for which MakeMyTrip team ( Varsha, Keshav Chaudhary) agreed and cancelled my flight from Thier side and asked me to book a new flight assuring that they will change the hotel dates. I booked my new flights from MakeMyTrip and was waiting for hotel confirmation. Suddenly now I received a mail from them saying that package cannot be ammended and I lost *,**,***/- in this process.
Please help me for the same
