Croma - Misleading while selling the service

I purchased an AC and extended warranty plan from Croma. At the time of purchase, the sales executive clearly conveyed to me that _"I don't need to pay a single rupee for service and repair for the next * years. Everything will be free."_        On ** July ****, I booked a service request as my AC was not cooling properly. The service executive visited and demanded ₹*** for service, stating that it is _not included in the extended warranty_.        I refused to pay because this contradicts what was promised to me. Due to this, the executive did not attend to my AC and left without resolving the issue.        I have contacted Croma Customer Care * times since then. Each time they told me that I _need to pay the amount_ for service. No one is helping and my AC issue is still unresolved.
