The title is completely misleading. After getting the delivery we have come to know that it's an OTG not microwave. Thus, it is of no use for us.
We requested refund as in the title, it's mentioned as microwave and above all, it does have heating issues as well, so we can't use it.
The product seems defective. Raised a complaint, company is saying all OTGs have such issues. They heat a lot.
As a customer, this is not acceptable response to a complaint. I request you to accept my return request and issue me a refund.
