i am a merchant using paytm's pos card swipe machine, there were transactions in total of **** done on the pos machine which usually gets credited to the bank account the next day. After not getting credited to my bank account I raised a complaint to the paytm customer care and for a month they made me under a false hope that it has been credited in your account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
