Mahinder Mohan Srivastav filed complaint against Air France on May 17, 2021
I booked tickets for my family by KLM for * people, from Delhi to Prague **th May, But as per Czech Republic guidelines Passengers ban from India, So I called KLM to Cancel the Tickets, That KLM helpline Mr.Vivek he Said from KLM is not possible to the Czech Republic but Through Air France, you can Travel, I spoke * times with different Person, for my travel to Prague and I explained my Family has Type D Visa and I have Resident permit, then KLM Ruchika assured me, yes you can Travel, but you have to pay fare difference which was ₹***** extra, but today when we reach Airport they denied to Board us, from **:** to **:** we were standing and waiting for the Decision, and they said you can’t travel.
My concern is why such reputated airlines AIR FRANCE providing Misleading Information.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
