I am writing to express my profound concerns regarding Air France's inadequate treatment of passengers. Their policies appear to be designed to serve the airline's interests rather than providing compassionate and honest service to customers.
I was denied boarding for lack of travel documentation, despite my valid work permit allowing travel to Canada until July *st, ****. The airline failed to notify me promptly after I submitted my documents. It is easy for the airline to shift blame onto the passenger, but the lack of objections when I uploaded my documentation and the airline's inaction until the day of travel is unacceptable. Specifically, I was denied boarding due to a perceived lack of travel documentation, despite having a valid work permit allowing travel to Canada until July *st, ****. It is evident that the airline's policies and actions are unacceptable, and I demand justice for this mistreatment. I expect a full refund of CAD ****.** plus my train ticket expenses from Chennai to Bombay and vice versa trips; to be credited to my bank account immediately, without any further delay. The accumulation of passengers' funds for an extended period would result in substantial gains of interest for the airline, and I will not tolerate such unjust enrichment at the expense of customers. Despite providing comprehensive evidence, my appeals through CPGRAMS have been closed without resolution. I have received no service from the airline, yet my payment was taken, which is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the funds owed to me by Air France Airlines.
