I traveled on Air France on *th July **** from Paris to Mumbai. This was the second leg of my journey from USA to India. My bag never arrived in India. It has been almost * months. I have lodged a compliant with the airlines and tried to follow up several times. I have not had any resolution. In fact in one recent communication they simply said that their records indicate that the bag is delivered to me when this has NOT happened. I have suffered a big financial loss and also mental trauma as all new items purchased by me have been lost. This is vey unprofessional on the part of the airline. And no support to an aggrieved customer.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
