Pepperfry - Misleading information given

The complaint against Pepperfry – a famous online furniture store. The store with some misleading description about the set of * blackout curtains. Believing this misleading description ordered the bed at the online store and paid Rs *.***. Later I came to know that there is no set only one piece of the curtain is sent. I contacted Pepperfry support but they refused to refund my money saying kindly read our policy. The blackout curtains are not even serving the problem when I sent the pictures of my normal curtains with blackout one. They refused for refund.
