It is incredibly difficult to find a fraud firm like Pepperfry in these days of Amazons and Flipkarts. I can never ever think that cancelling an order can be so big a challenge. And I have not placed any order for furniture. It is an exhaust fan order which has been placed less than ** hours before.
To give you a brief of the case, I placed an order ********* for Exhaust fan yesterday ie * th August and within ** hour of placing the order, I wanted to cancel the order as I realised that pepperfry has not given the complete description of the product viz Airflow rate. Nowhere is it mentioned what the airflow rate of the fan is which is such a crucial parameter.
I didn't find any cancellation button on the webpage so I called the customer care but I was shocked to know that I can not cancel the product once an order has been placed. I wonder how come in this age you can't cancel a product within ** hours of placing an order. The Product has not been yet shipped and to top it all they have not given the full specs of the product as well. I want my product to be cancelled and money refunded immediately
