I am writing to formally raise concern over the recent issue related to a hotel booking made through Agoda.
The issue pertains to a hotel booking where Agoda claimed a “**-hour check-in” at the time of booking. However, upon receiving the booking voucher, it was clearly mentioned that check-in was only allowed after *:** PM. This discrepancy in advertised versus actual service amounts to misleading information, and potentially, consumer fraud. I have documented evidence supporting this claim, including screenshots of the listing and the issued voucher.
Also,Agoda informed me that it is hotel’s fault and when upon contacting hotel they informed that it’s Agoda’s fault.
This is clearly a breach of trust and is kind of fraud by misleading.
Request to kindly look into the issue and help me recovering the money I was cheated upon.
