Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Misleading hotel booking

I booked a hotel in goa on *th Nov **** on mmt app. MMT sent me the link of way to hotel and the name of the hotel etc. Once I reached there I found that there is no such hotel exist. I enquired from all the shops and hotels nearby they also told that there is no such hotel exist. Then I called on MMT customer care and I asked them to send me the right address. The person told me that he will assign me a different hotel. But he will not reply for * hours and it was getting dark. I was with two families and kids and with a drive of ** hours from mumbai to goa we wanted rest as well. I requested mmt to cancel my booking as you are not able to alot me any hotel. I booked another hotel from another site. Till now I have not received any refund from them as they are saying that the hotel does exist. I could not find becuase its address and name has been changed. What an eye wash. They have listed a hotel name and address on the site whose location and name has been changed and there is no information to the customer care executives and no information to the customers who are booking it. Till now I am following up but they are offering me *k voucher only. This is complete harassment that I faced in goa for * hours waiting for their resolution and till now I am waiting for the same.
