I purchased V**R PJ*** Portable and Compact Mini Projector (Product Page link- https://www.amazon.in/dp/B*C**JH*TK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) from Amazon on Jan **st, ****. The same was delivered to me via Blue Dart Courier Service vide Way Bill no. *********** on **th Jan ****. Upon opening the package, I received an A**** Mini Projector, which is totally different than the advertised in terms of brand, model and technical specifications. Below are the listed discrepancies between what is advertised on product page link provided above and the actual product delivered-
*. The brand mentioned on the product page is V**R model PJ***, whereas I have received a product which is A**** Mini Projector (Product Factory Packaging Front.jpg & Product Model Sticker.jpg)
*. It is advertised on the product page that the projection size of the said projector is ** inches to *** inches, whereas the projection size of the projector that I received is ** inches to ** inches only (Product Specifications.jpg)
*. It is advertised on the product page that the projection distance of the said projector is *.* m to * m, whereas the projection distance of the actual projector is only *.* m to * m (Product Specifications.jpg)
*. The product that has been shipped is a substandard projector with below par technical specification and configuration than actually advertised on Amazon's product page
Following this, on **th Jan ****, I raised a complaint with Amazon Customer Service to rectify the above issues and ship a replacement. I requested to provide the actually advertised product and collect back the substandard projector delivered in first place. Amazon promised to perform an enquiry in * business days and asked me to contact on **th Jan ****, for result on enquiry and next steps. However, they closed the enquiry on **th Jan **** itself and in their response said that they have conducted a thorough enquiry with the carrier and correct product and item has been delivered. They also denied any replacement or refund citing Amazon's Condition of Use and policies. They did not entertain any further appeal through means of calls or chat to customer service, and their highest level of supervisor in customer support team denied any further support in this regard. I have product packaging, product factory box, product specifications and product to substantiate my claim that a wrong product was delivered after misleading advertisement of a better product than the actually delivered product. I also have call recordings with Amazon customer service team with disclaimer that I will use the call recordings legally, if required and emails to substantiate my claim that I contacted Amazon customer service, but they denied any co- operation or resolution of the grievance. II can produce all images, email and call recordings as and when needed. I request that this substandard A**** mini projector be returned and/ or my money be refunded promptly, as this does not meet the product specifications that is advertised on Amazon, which I originally purchased.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
