Yes Bank Limited - misguiding and doing harrasment

i am writing about my home branch yes bank sector *c chd, where i have a sarary acount going from past *.* years i have applied for credit around *-* times from past * years but i have not receied yet, smtym yes bank says your civil is not fone, addess is not fine etc, other banks ate ready to give me home loan for **lakh these asholes are not able to give me credit card for limit of **-**k which is not even half of my salary,
even other bank gave me * lakh loan in my first attempt in less than ** hours..
Yes bank people calls me *** times regarding their rubhsih mutual funds scheme, they want to me investin thatbut denying for credit card, they crossed all the limits one of their agent came to my home without any apointment , when i was sick and sleeping they rang the bell around ** times i could not open the doors
