I have recently done the booking for my trip of * nights and * days to Bangkok and Pattaya via booking id NL************* and after booking and paying the whole amount I got the booking confirmation it was for * nights and * days. They have made a fool out of us actually, for getting us to book the trip their team was calling and texting ** times a day and now after I raised a complaint they are actually lingering on the issue and not providing any resolution for our grievance.
Kindly help me out for getting this resolved at the earliest as I have paid the whole amount and my trip is going to start on **th March ****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
