Agoda - Misguided by Agoda

We have Booked Central Room, Gangtok, through Agoda from *th October to *th October ****: Booking ID Booking ID *********.
The Hotel and the facilities as mentioned on the Agoda Website is nohow matching the actual hotel placed in Gangtok.
*.  The room Size is absolutely horrible and it was mentioned as a Delux Room.
*. There mentioned Breakfast, Welcome Drinks, and Parking and unfortunately, nothing was available.
*. The  Hotel was dirty, Filthy and all the furniture, blankets, and covers are damped and full of fungus(pic attached).
*. The Hotel is absolutely Veg and if any non-veg was ordered it was brought from the local street food center which was absolutely unhygienic.
*. The actual bed size was so small, in fact, a single person can sleep comfortably on the bed(pic attached)
*. We paid approx Rs ****/- for an extra bed but the same was not provided. Ony a mat has been given in front of the Bathroom(pic attached).  
*. The room was dirty and shabby, the roofs are dumped and water leakage has happened (pic attached)
*. A fan has been given on request but there was no blade cover for the said fan-so it is prone to an accident where we have a kid with us(pic attached).
*. There was a T.V in the room which was not working. Even after repeated requests, the same was not replaced(pic attached).
**. There was no power for ** hours and no backup as well. No water, no geyser, and no charging connection for the Mobile phone
**. The room service was horrible.
**. We have been cheated by Agoda and need a quick resolution before going to the legal complaint.
