I booked a * star maxima zayra a hotel room in Moscowrussia from goibibo. It is showing * star hotel On goibibo site. But when I reached there than I saw that hotel is * star hotel and their service is not even * star. I called goibibo customer service many time but always said we are connecting to the consulted team and they ask for hold for * or * minutes. I contune hold * hour many times but nobody responded to me. Since ** hours I am calling again and to them but every time they say same dialogue. Now I am fed up. I am going to cancel my booking. But I need refund my money back from goibibo because they misguided to me. You can ask my conversation to them my enquiry ID is ********
