i have been talking to appellate department for * weeks, but they are unable to give me resolution on my problem, despite of finding their executives guilty, submitting the call records, calling at very inappropriate timings. They keep on asking me for few more time such as ** hours, ** hours and yet failed to resolve the issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
