I have a complaint to make, on **th march around *.**pm i was dropped at sector ** vatika chowk by driver Amit Sahu, cab no. HR**G****, he was soo rubbish driver , i just asked him to wait for * minute at my drop point as my husband was coming there in * minute, however he told me that he cannot wait & very badly took my all things out from his cab & put those things on the road, i had my *.* year baby with me as well so i requested him that please let me sit in the cab for * minute as my husband is coming but he did not listen to me & told me rudely to come out. He told me that i got a ride so that will get cancelled, i told him it is just a matter of * minute, the weather outside is not good, pls let me be in the car for * minute as i called my husband in front of him & my husband said he will be there in a minute, He then shouted on me & tried to slap me on the road by saying - “chal nikal”. During all this because of him i left one bag in the cab which has my baby food in it so when i left I called him by reaching out to customer care to ask for his no. When i called him & told him to wait there wherever he is i am coming to take my things he said he will not return my things , i said its my baby’s food in it i need it he said -“mere ghar se akar le lo” i requested him multiple times to return my things back, however he denied
I then reached out to your customer executive *-* times sharing this concern , they told me they will help me getting my things back & they will suspend him, however no positive response received from your team too. Is this your rapido company where drivers do not know how to behave properly, i had my small kid with me & the that time it started raining too , that also he did not saw & opened the cab’s gate & immediately asked us to move out, i need justice on immediatel basis. I need a strict action against him , i need a response from ur
