APSRTC - Misbehaviour Manhandling and scolding by conductor

I am Pinaki Das had travelled in APSRTC bus from Visakhapatnam to Palasa. The conductor in bus didn't allot my booked seat and he himself sat there on my seat leaving his designated seat. He told me to take any back seat. On my request to him to allot my booked seat i.e seat no.* he misbehaved manhandled and scolded me. His behaviour was like a roadside holligan.
