Amaron Batteries - Misbehaviour

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a highly distressing incident involving your authorized dealer M/s Unico Etech, Near Railway Station N/H Harnag, Anantnag (J&K).
On **.**.****, I purchased an Amaron battery from the said dealer, as evidenced by the attached bill/cash memo. During the transaction, the dealer’s representative Mr. Basheer Ahmad Hakeem engaged in rude behaviour, unprofessional attitude, and discourteous communication, causing me mental harassment and extreme inconvenience.
His behaviour was not only disrespectful but also humiliating in front of other customers present at the shop, leading to reputational loss and emotional distress. Such conduct is completely unacceptable from a representative of a reputed brand like Amaron.
This incident reflects poorly on the company and undermines the trust that customers place in Amaron’s authorized dealer network.
