Your retailer Mr. Ashish Shrivastava commit to me that the plan will active for seven months, but after six months all the services has turned off. And when I want to contact with him I found that he blocked my mobile number. Then I tried to call him via WhatsApp he didn't receive my call. In-fact I tried several times.
My motive to add this complaint is that many of us are just trust on you peoples, and you treat us like this. This is not fair.
Many of your retailer did same thing in all over country. They promises lies, they tell us wrong information about plan and so many things. So, my request to you that you must punish all these kind of peoples. And you have to keep simple your plan details. So that everyone can easily understand.
If you think I am right I can give you more information about the retailer.
