I order * Chicken biryanis from Biryani And Kabab Mahal Restaurant, Muzaffarpur. And because of some offer ordered something else from Zomato also as there was a party in my house.
The delivery executive of swiggy called me and refused to reach my house. He said that he can't come there. I need to come to him * km far from my house.
I even informed me that the Zomato guy came and delivered his order right on time to my house.
But then on the other hand this guy started misbehaving. Abused me on the call and threatened to not give my order. It was a paid order so I had to call customer care but I didn't get any satisfactory response.
I need Swiggy to take action against these rude misbehaving riders who degrade the reputation of SWIGGY. Because of him my party got ruined as all restaurants got closed by then.
The delivery guy's name is Pankaj..and contact no. is +************
This guy straight away refused to give me order. When I tried to complaint through customer care, he refused them also that he will not deliver it.
He mischievously drove to far distance to give an excuse that he can't deliver.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
