I ordered a wall mirror from Meesho which I received on October *st and on the same day I requested for a return as the product was broken
Shadowfox who is delibery partner of Meesho was assigned for order pick up but shadowfox delivery boy is not coming for order pick up and on the contrary threatens on phone that he will not come, do what you want to do
How many times I have raised complaint in Meesho customer care but shadowfax people are not deterring from their wrong behavior.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
