Rohit Srimal filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Oct 15, 2018
I called up Oyo for booking at The Umed Jodhpur with a specific condition of late check-out to which Oyo executive confirmed over the phone that the same can be done by paying **% of the room tariff to which I agreed. As I reached hotel for check-in and asked for confirmation on the late check-out, they said that there is no concept of late check-out and I can talk to Oyo about it. I called up Oyo to which the executive and customer experience officer educated me that late check-out is allowed if there is room availability and at the descetion of the hotel. I had already checked out from my earlier hotel and was stranded at the reception with my ** year old mother with no option of checking in and paying one day's additional tariff. I have lodged a complaint with Oyo for this incident and my complaint number is *******, Booking number is ERJB****
