I did order food
App showed delivered ** minutes earlier
I called and i was said the food is delivered ,call cut by delivery guy and started ghosting.
I called Zomato, they can inly refund, no control on ghosting of Delivery partner , not able to furnish appellate body contacts, not able to connect to senior manager to talk to. Not able to furnish consumer rights document in such cases and simply closing the chat.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
