Amazon - Mental Financial harassment by Amazon due to not delivering the product caused me to face financial

Dear Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent order I placed on May *th. Unfortunately, due to an error on Amazon's part, the order was mistakenly canceled. Consequently, I had to place a new order, but the delivery person never arrived at my address to deliver the package. I have made numerous calls to customer care regarding this issue, and on each occasion, I was assured that the delivery would be made that day. However, the delivery attempts failed repeatedly, and eventually, the delivery agents marked it as undeliverable.

After several calls to the senior desks, they assured me that Amazon would cover the difference in price, as it was a result of Amazon's mistake. Subsequently, I made another purchase of *****, but the delivery has yet to take place. Yesterday, it was scheduled for delivery, but the delivery person marked it as "unable to connect" despite our prior discussion. Today, when I called multiple times, he did not answer, and now I have been informed by the customer desk that the product is still at the hub.

I am loyal Prime customer with a **-year history of shopping on Amazon, I am concerned about these repeated delivery issues. Also due to these issues I missed my project and had to bear financial loss which i already mentioned to Amaazon on recorded calls. Passed ** days it was a mental tourcher for us, Just for the the delivery my brother took off from the office as the seniors commited that We will get the package today but delivery agency by pass all the rules and cancelled my order today end of the day. I am claiming for Mental, Financial and time loss charge on Amazon and delivery parters. It seems that Amazon is unable to take any action as everything is in the hands of the delivery partners. I would like to understand why Amazon cannot terminate partnerships with such unreliable delivery partners. I have been receiving calls from Amazon representatives repeatedly, and each time I have reiterated the same issue. My main question remains: when will I receive my product?

I kindly request Voxya to take prompt attention to this matter, as I have been eagerly waiting for the resolution and compensation from Amazon. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
