Delhivery - Medical supplies delayed due to incompetency of Delhivery

The item was supposed to be picked up on **th August and it got picked up on *st of September! Now due to this delay the package was delayed by a total of ** days!! I need to file an insurance claim for the damaged goods! Also, I still don’t have the package yet!
And, it was a miss from your end, as the manager of “Hubli – Delhivery Branch” is not doing his job! FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY! He kept delaying the pickup multiple times! And we’re at loss now! Why the hell should we pay when you didn’t pick the item on time???
I had to call him **-** times! And ffs don’t send me scripted emails!

My Medical supplies are delayed by more than ** days. They first didn't pickup the item saying it's too big however the package size was as per company norms. After calling the manager **-** times and filing a complaint. The item got picked up after * days. Now it's lying in my city since * days.
